Gradebook
Our user-friendly Gradebook gives teachers a suite of tools designed to lighten their workload. This module assists teachers every step of the way, allowing them to input and maintain grades, create and manage assignments, easily record attendance, and track disciplinary issues. Assignments are posted online for students to download, complete, and return electronically or by hand.
Keeping in mind the diversity of teaching styles within a school, each teacher is given a plethora of options to fully customize the settings of this module. This module makes the information teachers need to monitor every student’s academic progress readily available; it automatically produces interactive graphs and charts that allow teachers to identify underachievers and track overall class performance.
Key Features:
- Track and manage grades and attendance, create assignments and tests from any location with our Web-based Gradebook.
- Give assignments to the class or individual students. Students see only their own assignments with teacher's instructions and comments.
- Define grading methods and scales, and record scores as numbers, letter grades, or user-defined codes and symbols.
- Send comments back to the students and/or parents. Automatically notify parents of attendance or discipline issues.
- Determine how final grades are calculated by specifying weights of assignments, tests, exams and class participation. Adjust final grades based on attendance records.
- Describe curriculum, create a blog and a discussion board for each class, and share files with students.
